Tiffany Smith
Tiffany is the President of Universal Window Solutions, a second-generation, family-owned company serving Florida's residential and commercial construction industry. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Finance, Tiffany began working at Universal Window Solutions in high school, starting in the warehouse then returning full-time after college. Over the past 16 years, she has held nearly every position within the company, giving her a unique understanding of every aspect of the business. In 2020, she was named President and now leads the company's continued growth, operations, and strategic vision. A Florida native, Tiffany is passionate about building lasting relationships with customers, partners, and employees while carrying forward the family values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability that have defined Universal Window Solutions for decades. She believes decisions should be made from the customer's perspective, fostering a culture where trust, communication, and accountability guide every interaction.

Chief Financial OfficerÂ
Charissa Putnam, MBA, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer of Universal Window Solutions, where she leads the company's financial strategy, accounting, reporting, budgeting, and operational finance. After first working with the company from 1998 to 2008, she returned in July 2024, bringing more than 20 years of executive financial leadership across private equity-backed and closely held organizations. Throughout her career, Charissa has led financial transformations, improved operational performance, strengthened internal controls, and supported strategic growth initiatives. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from Marist College and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz.

Bobby serves as the Director of Operations at Universal Window Solutions, bringing more than 34 years of construction industry experience and a decade of dedicated service to the company. His career at Universal Window Solutions reflects his hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of every phase of the business. Since joining the company over 10 years ago, Bobby has advanced through multiple roles, beginning as a Service Technician before taking on responsibilities in installation, project management, and ultimately operations leadership. This progression has given him a comprehensive understanding of the customer experience and the operational excellence required to successfully deliver complex residential and commercial window and door projects.Â

Kaylah graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. She joined UWS in January 2022 as Purchasing Coordinator, where she managed manufacturer orders, permit documentation, contract reviews, and vendor scheduling to support the company's operations. She later transitioned into the Architectural Sales division, working closely with custom home builders and coordinating projects throughout the sales process. In 2023, Kaylah moved into Human Resources, where she oversaw recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, company events, policy development, and HR compliance. In September 2025, Kaylah was promoted to Director of Executive Operations.

Sean joined UWS in July 2017 as a Service Technician. Throughout his time with the company, his dedication, leadership, and industry expertise have led to several promotions, including Project Manager and, most recently, Field Operations Supervisor. Today, Sean oversees all Service Technicians and Project Managers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality and customer service that Universal Window Solutions is known for. Before joining UWS, Sean spent 16 years as a window and door installer and an additional 2½ years working in a window manufacturing facility. With more than 27 years of experience in the window and door industry, he brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and leadership to the team every day.

Tara first joined Universal Window Solutions in 2005 as an Accounts Payable Clerk, where she built the foundation of her career and met her husband, making her connection to the company especially meaningful. After returning to Universal Window Solutions in 2023, Tara quickly stepped back into the team alongside many familiar faces. Following her one-year anniversary, she was promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor, where she oversees the accounts payable process and supports the company's continued growth. Tara is passionate about being part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and long-term relationships. She is proud to contribute to the continued success of Universal Window Solutions and looks forward to growing with the company for years to come.

Tanya joined Universal Window Solutions in January 2016 as a Customer Service Representative and has grown with the company through several leadership roles over the years. After serving as a Procurement Agent and later as Director of Inside Sales, Tanya accepted the role of Service Supervisor in 2024. In her current position, she oversees the service department, supports field operations, and works closely with builders, manufacturers, customers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service and efficient warranty processes. Tanya is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and is proud to contribute to the continued success of Universal Window Solutions.

Aaron has been a valued member of the Universal Window Solutions team since 2013 and currently serves as the Warehouse Manager. Over more than a decade with the company, he has built extensive knowledge of the window industry while growing through nearly every role within the warehouse department. Aaron began his career as a Material Handler and gained hands-on experience in a variety of positions, including Receiving Clerk, Delivery Driver, and Service Support. His broad understanding of warehouse operations and commitment to teamwork have helped him become an effective leader and a valuable resource for both employees and customers.
